Convert COMBI B to a COMBI+ B
This instruction is suitable in combination with all Quooker taps.

Step 1
Turn off the Quooker by pressing the "Q" button on top of the cap. Leave the plug in the socket.
Step 2
Turn on the boiling water until the water is cold. Also turn on the cold water tap.
Step 3
Close the isolation valve.
Step 4
Check if the system is depressurized by opening the boiling-water tap again. If properly depressurized, no more water will flow from the tap.
Step 5
Disassemble the mixing valve.
Step 6
Disassemble the hose with the brass connection from the mixing valve. Also disassemble the brass check valve.
Step 7
Install the valve cap and plastic check valve on the mixing valve.
Step 8
Mount the diversion socket on the T-joint with the fiber washer provided.

Mount the hose with the brass connection on the T-joint. The connection has a compression fitting, so there is no need for a gasket between it.

Mount the reducing valve on the hot water isolation valve with a inlet hose screen in between.

Place a inlet hose screen on the other side of the pressure reducing valve and tighten the diversion ring onto it. Now install the modified mixing valve.

Step 12
Open the isolation valve. Check for leaks. Turn on the Quooker by pressing the "Q" button on top of the tank cover. The Quooker will be heated up in about 20 minutes.
